Don't deliver as promised/advertised.

At first I was excited about having fresh fruits and veg delivered to my door at a reasonable price and all their specials seemed amazing but every single order was missing an item, or a wrong item, which they dont refund you for but rather say that it will be delivered with your next order, thereby ensuring that you place another order. Further, all their specials seemed to be a lie as every time I wanted to take advantage of a special, they didnt deliver as promised and I didnt get the special which again, seemed like a trick to get you to place an order. After querying several times about a voucher I was promised and being told that they are looking into it (FOR 2 WEEKS) I decided that I had enough and requested to be removed from the messaging list but guess what, after the 4th request, I had to block them to get them to stop spamming me.

Furthermore, the quality of some of the fruit and veg I received in my last order wasnt good as they had no flavour at all or very dry for example.

I am always happy to support small business which is why I gave them a chance and ordered several times but the end result was very disappointing.
