No Egg/No Refund to Date

I have been left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I had placed and order for 2x 360 XL eggs on Sunday, I was requested to do an immediate payment for delivery on the Monday, No eggs arrived after been given a time of 5pm. No apology was given and lack of communication, after inquiring where my eggs were I Was told Tuesday 9am, No eggs arrived, No apology. I followed up on my deliverly I was told 4pm, No eggs arrived. I had requested a refund and honestly had done my research on what to do with a ****. The person I am dealing with refuses to do the refund and had the response "Go ahead and let me see how will get your money back"

Please should you be looking for a reliable egg supplier, please be very carful on who you choose to work with.
