Poor service and communcation

We were supplying Fresh Earth with handcrafted chocolate which they sold out over lock down. Their deal with us was once they sold out they would pay and reorder. Firstly it took us over two weeks to actually get hold of them, not a single reply to any emails and the phones were NEVER answered. When we did eventually get hold of them we expressed our disappointment and told them it's not fair to have made money off our product and still keep us waiting months for payment. They assured us the invoice would be settled. Then the next day we get emails saying the member of staff we spoke has accused us of personally insulting her and threatening her. Instead of apologies we get these 100% manufactured nonsense accusations - point blank blatant and unfounded lies. Great store, nice products and mostly friendly and polite - but appalling communication and service.
