Good service follow up

<p>I had an incident whereby i bought a product from Dischem that expired and became mouldy. Fresh Earth viewed this in a serious light and I do appreciate the feedback from them and that they emailed and called me and replaced the product and with a packet of ****ins as well.</p> <p>'Galaletsang Rakate' from the quality control department was very courteous and helpful and it is wonderful to know that a company who makes gluten free products views their customers as important. I do hope that Fresh Earth still take the matter up with Dischem.</p> <p>I would like to thank them for their professionalism and wish them all the best in their future of making gluten free products and their dedication to their customers.</p>
