Still waiting for my correct invoice

Almost 4 months later and I’m still waiting for an invoice to submit to my insurance. Struggled for 2 months to get the initial invoice. I then asked for an amended invoice as the exact towing date had to be added to the invoice on request from my insurer. One month later , just for adding a date to the invoice, and I’ve given up asking for it
