Worst treatment ever from M3 maternity ward

I am having the worst time of my life the nurses from M3 night shift and day shift are soo terrible these only 1 nurse on both shifts who are doing their jobs a lady with dreadlocks and spectacles (nightshift)nurse Samantha(morningshift)others are rude and you will never see them in the wards the only thing the good at is making fun about our sicknesses they even said they they wish to see our men's manhood sizes who says that M3 is a maternity ward for critical pregnant women but there is no care you change your own linen be it you in pain or not if you are having severe contraction they will tell you to keep quite and when they are doing handovers they lie and say we are fine yet they never asked or paid any attention to our complaints they sleep and gossip
