Guard rude and arrogant at Frere Hospital Ward D4

A guard at D4 Amanda Jack is very rude and unpolite. She screams at visitors from behind and has no approach. She does not know how heavy ones heart is to have a loved one in hospital then she must come with her stinking attitude. Please ask them to be more human and have sympathy. They are ruling the hospital. Other patients can have 4 or more visitors but she was quick on our case and if she was friendly we would understand. Rudeness is unacceptable. Kindly address.
