Frere hospital C-section mother forced to sleep on couch

My sister had a C-section on Wednesday 19 August at Frere Provincial Hospital and her baby was stillborn. She was told to stay until Monday 24 August to recover. On Friday 21 August in the maternity ward, staff removed her from her bed and told her to sleep on a couch to give her bed to a mother with a baby. She spent the night on a couch in the cold while in pain from her operation. After major surgery and losing her child, she deserves a bed and dignity. Please investigate the maternity postnatal ward on 21 August.
