Disappointed at service at Frere Hospital

Very bad experience, they are very negligent and don't care about patient't well being. I have to suffer through the weekend because there's no doctors to prescribe me an eye drop on Fridays, you get absolutely no help. No professionalsm at all. We can't afford private health care so we have to suffer under public hospital lack of care for the general public, what are they even doing there if they can't do their jobs?
