Best Service Received

I have never received better service from all staff, black and white as from Frere Hospital. I was treated with respect and kindness, especially from the African lady that works at reception at the casualty entrance, and the security guard. They must receive a medal for their compassion and kindness. And then when I went for my medication at the pharmacy, I waited an hour and I was all set. The people who work at the pharmacy are misunderstood by many patients, saying they wait for hours. But they did not observe how the work has been done by those who work behind the counter, quite a few files gets pulled and then the medicine gets packed for all those files, then they start calling the patient names to collect. People, be patient. Some are very ill, I understand, and cannot wait to long, but also understand their situation. They are over worked and underpaid and are trying their best to.
