Bad service and faulty power supplies

Avoid like the plague..bought faulty power supplies and they dont want to refund me..emailing Jeffrey takes up to 2-3 days for him to come back..asking him questions in the emails he does not answer ..my emails are proof of it. This power supply burned out after a weeks use. but i all ready ordered another 3 and paid for it from frenze. Of the 3 new power supplies the first one i opened and it had a broken fan blade out of the box. Second one gave a few issues but the 3rd one burned out smoke coming from it and i have tons and tons of issues to get that pc up and running..daily nonense with that power supply..you can switch it on if you lucky and do some changes in windows and switch it off within a period of 5 minutes...the worst part every time you have to wait at least an hour to get it started again..it only works when it wants too..i have lost lots of money due to this faulty power supplies.

I send the first burned power supply back and they they are taking their time ..been emailing and complaining and the response is we will send back to you the burned out power supply. "You will receive the PSU with the damaged wiring early next week." HIS WORDS i asked for my money back and he refuses. Brand new power supplies 3 had issues within a week and now im sitting with another deadish one which works only when it wants to. I am beyond furiously angry at this whole situation
