absolutely unproffesional

Nearly had a fire hazard which could have burned the house down....Is it 2 or 3 weeks now waited for my power supply back or money but today here comes the power supply dropped off at my house without cables...unbelievable...how to do u use a power supply without cables ?...this is beyond unprofessional
