I've been in your beauty salon French Nails Parow Centre this evening just for a soak off round about after 17h00 . I arrived at your store stood for a sec before one of the ladies attended to me .I've explained to her that I would like to do a soak off and she told me they fully booked . The was another lady available and she asked the lady what's on my nails . I basically felt like I'm a burden to them and the only way of getting me out of the store was to do what they did being unprofessional and rude .no client service skills

Firstly I'm a salon owner I run my own business and clients service is extremely important because we have competition all over and during this time we should attend to any client that walks through our door . The way your staff made me feel I would never enter or ref any of my family and friend to your beauty shop .I have many ladies asking for a profesional beauty spa and I will rather ref them to Glamour Hair I basically got the amazing service from them as I approached the door they made me feel welcome .

I just thought I'll bring this to management attention because clients services is extremely important. I agree and understand we all tired but if you Inca store before closing the clients still have the right to be attended too.

Once again unprofessional and horrible service I got from your staff
