French Rip-off

I need a visa to visit family in france. so i went to their web-site and filled in all the forms and submitted. now i need to make a date fir the interview. but not with the french oh no! the only way, i am informed is to do that through COPAGO! so in stead of paying only Euro 80.00 we have to pay an additional Euro 40 to use Copago This is unadulterated collaboration bordering on *******ion! Any ideas?
