Received The Wrong Part, Not Willing To Refund

I ordered a part over the phone from a lady named Ora.<br> <br> I ordered a part (A wheel hub + bearing) for my Peugeot 306. She sent me an invoice with the same mentioned ( Wheel hub + bearing)<br> <br> I informed her one week later when the mechanic arrived to do the necessary repairs, and we discovered there was no bearing, only the hub. <br> <br> Called on Friday 19th of Feb where I informed her (Ora) of the mistake. She said she would look into it and call me back on Monday with some more information. Alas Monday passed, no email, no phone call. On monday evening I sent them an email to [Email Removed] their email address.<br> <br> Still no responses to multiple emails. <br> <br> I proceeded to call French Connexion and spoke to Ora on Wednesday the 24th of February she said she is still looking into it and doesn't know when she will get time. <br> <br> In my opinion there is nothing to look into, what I received, is not what I was invoiced for and I had to source the part directly from Peugeot at a much higher price. As they are unwilling to refund me or unwilling to provide the parts which I was invoiced for.
