I am hurt and disgusted at Kathy & Jenny. I phoned to book my touch up permanent eyeliner and when Jenny told me the price, I asked her is there no other price because I was told the last time a different price, she insisted and said no that is the price. When I got there Thursday the 27/08/2015 Kathy was there and I told her that this first time I came to so my eyeliner Jenny mentioned \ when you come for your touch up say Kathy must give you special price
