Bad service at French Clinic

I bought a Groupon voucher to go for permanent top and bottom eyeliner and eyebrow make-up. I tried phoning them to make an appointment, but the phones always goes to voice mail. Only after the 3rd e-mail did I get an appointment date without supplying me with any additional information regarding the procedure. When phoning them 5 days before the appointment date they advise that I wasn't a suitable candidate for the procedure, because of the Chronic medication that I was on. When phoning Groupon to cancel the voucher they advised that the French Clinic had already redeemed the voucher and now Groupon can't refund me. It has been 2 weeks since I phoned to cancel the appointment and still the French Clinic hasn't send Groupon an e-mail to confirm that I haven't been for the procedure. I will never use the French Clinic again!!!
