BAD SERVICE from FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION

Do not ever take your vehicle to FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION CENTURION.

They have replaced a clutch on our vehicle. A few months thereafter did our gearbox drop down on the N1 (luckily in slow morning traffic). We towed the vehicle to an accredited workshop. After an inspection have they identified that the gearbox bolts broke from the gearbox mountings. This is due the result that the bolts was never properly fastened and secured by FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION.

On the day when I collected my car from FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION for clutch replacement. PETER, the owner informed me that my ABS light was on after the clutch replacement. But it will automatically reset after some driving.

When vehicle was inspected by accredited workshop they have informed that FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION broke the ABS sensor during the clutch replacement.

Our damages on vehicle caused by FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION came to a total of R8000 plus R1500 towing service.

I have contacted PETER, to inform him of the incident. PETER has agreed to pay us half the compensation for the damages caused by FRENCH AUTO JUNCTION. After numerous phone calls and even visits to his workshop in CENTURION, HENNOPSPARK, did nothing came from that.

PETER's first excuse was he must refer it to his partner, nothing came from that. Another excuse used was his mother came to visit him and he needed funds. The next excuse was business is quiet. Now the lates excuse is COVID 19.

Please, DO NOT TRUST this workshop. They will do you more harm than good. We would like to warn everybody to take notice on our experience.
