Unreliable courier service company

This company collected my car engine from Johannesburg on Monday to be in Pietermaritzburg overnight, Tuesday morning. The whole day on Monday they kept talking about their delivery truck on breakdown. Late in the evening, they were not taking my calls anymore. They are very unreliable.. In the meantime, my hotel bills are accumulating because I have to get my car fixed and drive back to Johannesburg.
