They charge me the parts that never replaced

7/12/2015 I took my car for services at Freeway Toyota for 180 000km and they told me that clutch kit need to replaced but I can bring it when I'm ready and it can last me for 3 to 6 months. After 2 days I stuck with car on the freeway and call someone cause it was after 5 and the check everything to find out that my plug spark they need to replace but on my invoice it show that they charge me R882, 85 for plug sparks on the 23/12/2015 I when back to freeway Toyota and I spoke to the manager Fazil Ince he told I must email him a proof of payment to show that I did bought those plug spark which I don't understand I should I send him a proof cause I want to know why they charge me plug spark if they didn't replaced Fazil Ince he never even call or ask sales Rep or people who was services my car. On the 29/12/2015 I email him proof of payment until today he never even respond to my email or call me that show that he never follow up to my complaint.
