Rude service Freeway Toyota and the stole my new part and replaced it with an old one

The service manager there he's the most rude and horrible person I ever dealt with. They stole my tyre and replaced it with an old upon taking my car for a service. No accountability at all he's used to treating like dirt. What a rude person. It was the first time and my last time taking my vehicle to this dealership. And people need to be careful when taking their vehicles here. I have been driving Toyotas for ages never ever experienced something like this.
