My Title is based on the replacement of my Engen as its not going to work anymore in future, The matter was reported to Freeway Toyota and i attended all meetings, Matter was reported to Legal Wise and Motor Vehicle Ombadsman no feed back.

Dear hellopeter I’m writing this letter to you with a very huge hope to get help, on the 02/07/2015(15H35:03 i took my Car to Freeway Toyota for service, TOYOTA YARIS WZC 610 GP.. the was nothing wrong to my Car just only a normal service, then after service i received a call, please come collect your Car, when i start my the Car, it makes a lot of noise, then i call for the supervisor which is Fezzel, then they took it inside the service place, nothing was done, he says that its late now take your Car and go otherwise i will charge you for storage, then i refused, he says trust if anything happen to your Car, i will be responsible for your Car, my Car knock down the engine completely and in such a way that cant be fix. i call and report the matter to Fazzel, he says he want to see the Car, i said to him please come collect it because i cant hire a break down, you said you will be responsible, he said i will come late after work, he never come, the next morning i call, he said i must come see him, yes i did see him with his manager, they say to me they admit and acknowledge the problem, they will assist me, on the second meeting, they say we must go 50/50, on the third meeting the referred me to some other Indian man to go buy the engine. since then they say its not their problem anymore, i even report the matter to the Head Office of TOYOTA. i have got the proof and i also record them during our meeting., please please help me its has been too long now, i even reported to Legal wise, they are doing anything till now. ********** 371/ ********** 530.
