Firstly I waited over an hr to be dropped off, then Zanele promised to have my car ready by 12:00, I started calling at 14:00 to nudge them to come fetch me. Zanele gave excuse after excuse knowing full well I had children to pick up from creche and school. Then started hanging up on my calls. After 4hrs of waiting driver arrives with a stinking attitude as well asking me what my problem is... That's when I lost my marbles I'm being billed aftercare, I'm being made a fool of, being **** to, being inconvenienced, and I'm asked what my problem is?! Turns out the entire dealership is a circus run by clowns who found my ordeal hilarious. No apology, no remorse, instead Tannie Bibi and fat Albert in the cash office were dragging their feet even more to drag out the time spent paying. I only arrived at the school at 17:20 and billed aftercare for three children thanks to Toyota and its **** service These clowns can't even wash a car properly, there's streaks on my windows and still dust trail on my vents. I don't trust the quality of the work done on my car
