I bought a car at Toyota freeway and it was delivered to my place on the 28 July 2023. The salesman Tshepo said the spare keys will be delivered the second week of the delivery but to date , I haven’t receive my spare keys and his not communicating with me anymore. I called the car dealership on on the 15 September to speak to the manager, Mr Thale and he said I should send him my ID and driver’s license via WhatsApp and he will contact me Monday the 18th September 2023 for answers, and to date no communication from him or Tshepo. I’m very disappointed and angry with the treatment. I feel unsafe driving my car without spare keys , because anything can happen. Toyota freeway give me my keys please.
