Freeway Toyota is destroying my credit life

I have a big problem with Freeway Toyota in Johannesburg, as from June I'm getting a notification from credit bureau that an inquiry has been made on my profile, it transpired that someone (sales executive) within that dealership keeps on applying for a taxi finance through SA Taxi Finance on my behalf of which the last time I had an interest on buying a taxi it was in December year 2019 and I never app**** for a taxi finance ever since then.

This is affecting my credit profile I worked hard to keep it in good standing and I'm just wondering how many taxi owners suffering because of the Freeway Toyota sales staff.

I don't even know where do they get my information from because they are based in Johannesburg and I bought a taxi in Cape Town dealership , who ever person gave them my personal information have violated the POPI act.

I will really appreciate if someone can help me to resolve this ongoing issue.
