Freeway Toyota Autobody,La Rochelle jhb

I sumbitted the car last week monday for a bumper repairs .Initiallt i was informed that it will take 3-5 working days.I was fine with that. This monday i called just to find out about the status of the car since i havent got any feedback from them. I was informed that they ordered the wrong bumper and they got it on Tuesday.Yesterday i called for a follow up and i was told that i will get the car by friday.I logged a complain with my insurance Miway,they called me but didnt come back to me as they promised after they contacted Freeway toyota. Today i made a follow up,then the story seemed to be changing .The thing is no communication was send to me about all this things,i found out when i call them. Such an inconvience i have other commitment that needs transport. I am not really not happy about the whole situation,i am not a mechanic but holding a car for a bumper repairs for 2weeks it tells me they are attending to some higher priority job maybe that paid from 10k and above. At 16h30 i called just to check since they didnt come back to me first time when i called them.I was suprised to hear the story changing . I mentioned to them that ,is not acceptible since i have commitments that needs transport. The final word with them was that the car will be ready at 16h00 tomorrow.
