Bad service

I just want to air my unhappiness with the service i received from Freeway Toyota and their Autobody workshop. The Autobody messed up the extras which they had to do on the car and no senior represantatives of Freeway Toyota seemed to care about the situation which was unfolding. I ended up getting the badly done car and told myself i will live with it. Unfortunately i had to send back the car because of some malfunctions due to the bad installations of the extras. The attitude of the service advisors was really shocking, i felt like the guys were doing me a favour or something.
