Disgruntled customer

The pharmacists at Freeway Pharmacy in Lenasia certainly does not know about customer service and how to treat elders.My mum is a pensioner and was chased out of the pharmacy by both pharmacists on duty.Is this how pharmacists should be treating their elder patients? Totally unacceptable!
