Freeway Motors - ***** AND THEFT

Freeway Motors in Krugersdorp advertised on OLX a Terios for R37999.00. I spoke with Moses on Thursday 31 May, where we negotiated the final cash offer of R40000.00. I made the first payment of R20000.00 that same afternoon with the arrangement of the car to be delivered on Friday 1 June 2018, view the car and then make the final payment. Moses and on their website promise "free delivery anywhere in Gauteng". Friday mid day, I got a phone call from the manager, James, to tell me they have a higher offer and the car should have been advertised for R55000.00 and the driver is on his way back to the branch. I told James, that they must give my money back within the next 20 min or I will be going to the police as it was false advertising and they stole my money. I also shared with him that I have ALL the telephone calls on record. An hour later, James phones me back and shares that Moses has been fired... Still this changes nothing with the agreement of sale and I want my money back... I got my fiance to speak with James and he then AGAIN asked for my banking details. So I sent it again. Minutes later James calls back to say he does not want the police involved and I can have the car for R40000.00 No problem, the driver will be leaving soon to deliver BUT first I have to send an eWallet payment of R1200.00 for delivery... so much for the "Free delivery" on their website and phone call conversation. By this time I was so stressed out and paid the eWallet witch he confirmed and said the driver is on his way to deliver... Friday passed, Saturday we drove thru to Krugersdorp to find NO FREEWAY MOTORS?! They are not answering calls, messages or emails, nor delivering the vehicle. It is now Monday 4 June and my first stop is going to be the police to open a case of ***** and theft. All the conversations was recorded, emails sent and sms's and most importantly, proof of full payment. I have reported them on OLX and will do so with the Ombudsman. I will also be sharing this with banks they deal with.
