Poor Service

Poor Service. I ordered boots on their website on 29 June 2020 and the wrong colour was delivered 2 weeks later. For another 2 weeks I struggled to get any sense out of them untill the owner Gary contacted me on 28 July. He seemed keen to resolve the issue and I even offered to pick up the new correct pair that he will 'speed up' in the factory.

On 5 August and today I followed up but did not get any response from Gary or anybody at the company.
