Poor service !!!

Poor service!!! I have ordered a number of 8 shoes. After awaited 3 weeks for delivery. The shoe that was delivered to me was a 9. After phoning them I thought they will apologize to me. But not a single word in that direction, they have told me to send them a mail. It's now over 6 weeks !!! And I have not received my shoes yet. I'm shocked by the way they have handled the query. So if it's normal and OK. Won't recommend doing business with them.
