Poor service and quality

I recently bought a pair of freestyle riding boots and in less than 3 months the glue is starting to come off on the toe. Called Freestyle and it took 2 weeks for them to look at the boot only to be told I must send it back to Cape Town to be reglued. No-one can tell me how long that will take. Promised to phone me back and needless to say, no-one has called to date. Such poor service. Very disappointing the attitude and disinterest in customer service.
