Lack of customer service

Purchased a pair of winter boots last year, and within a year the left boot upper leather started coming apart from the sole. Sent them back, took a month to "repair" and return. Within 3 days after receiving them back the same happened, pulling apart even further. Sent an email to the accounts manager with a picture on 24 July, and still waiting response as she is waiting for feedback from another manager. As the repair wasn't done correctly the 1st time why should I return them again?
