Bad Craftmanship / Horrible Service

Con's : 1) Plakkie broke after 4 months - not even worn much ! 2) Waited about 30 days for delivery ! 3) After sales service is horrible. They don't return calls. They don't respond to e-mails. ! 4) Called them 7 days after returning(hand delivered) my wife's sandals and they werent even aware of this. Another call ( they failed to return my call as promised) and I'm now promised a refund. Let the waiting continues !
