Bad Bad Bad Service! Never will i order from them again!

I have never had such bad service from any company as I had from Freestyle SA, I have placed my order online on 12 October all exited for my new shoes. I received my order on 30 October, opening my package it was the wrong shoes. When i contacted them and asked them for my correct order they told me i must wait another 15 days. I decided to pay for the wrong shoes that was send(as i needed them for a function) even though they were not correct and asked them to send the correct shoes that i originally ordered. Today is 17 November and i still haven't received the order i placed on 12 October. Now they have both the correct and wrong orders money but i only have the wrong order..... I have send emails and phoned numerous times and no one is giving feedback. This is so frustrating! Now after phoning them today, they told me they are waiting on stock? Oh my word, where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! No one rep**** on my mails, no one phoned me telling me they are waiting on stock. And guess what, i need to wait another week for my order! This is ridiculous!
