They ***** your money

I had a premium subscription and while using it they removed all my credits. I contacted support with no reply. I had to continue working so the next day I was forced to cancel my subscription so I could renew it. They deducted the money from my account and I am still on the free plan. I have now paid twice for the same month, and still on the free plan!!!!! They are *******!
