Shocking service

I regularly order from this company and it is a struggle to get my order EVERY SINGLE TIME.

After numerous phone calls (10+ a day on average) for an update they tell you that the driver is just around the corner, he will be there just now and then he just never shows and when you phone the next day to ask where your order is, they are surprised to here it was never delivered. They then agree that is unacceptable but yet with the next order, exactly the same happens.

I strongly urge you to not order from them unless you are okay with not knowing when your order will be delivered and then weeks for delivery.
