Angry customer 😡😡

They called me explaining how they can assist me on being overcharged by the banks interest,that they can reduce it by 58%.Bear in mind I’m not struggling to pay my two loans and they said it’s a consolidation loan not a debt review. They were so pushing me to sign that one form electronically only to find out that in the email they sent has the entire contract signed with the wrong information.Now they charging 8000 to cancel them.
