Unhappy customer

I paid R30k for the deposit then the following day I was supposed to pay R3875 for the delivery of the car but I paid R2500 I told the guy that I will pay the difference of R1375 when he delivers the car.Tuesday I was expecting my car he told me lot of stories now it’s Friday 13th they both don’t answer my calls .I just need my money back
