VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE *****ING MY MONEY

Freelancer deducted two amounts from my PayPal account out from my bank account after they stipulated that i would not be charged, i had to verify my payment method. I want both amounts transferred back into my PayPal account asap. i am very angry, sending emails no one replies!!!!!
