They stole my money in the middle of the night

I have a Freelancer account that costs $11 a year. Suddenly they changed the account to $5 a month! I did not accept or make this change. The only warning I got was a mail from PayPal - $5 was deducted. No preauthorization. Now I am on a plan that costs $60 a year, a x6 increase! Now I have to start begging for my money back. They said they would refund but that did not happen.

Needless to say I will be closing my account. As they are willing to take money from me but offer NO help for me to make money.

I have been doing Freelance for 7+ years. What does Freelancer.com do to help? NOTHING they have my account as 0 projects, 0 completed, etc....
