Payment Dispute

<p>I registered with Freelancer.com for a freelancer to assist me with a template, the template was not complted to my satisfaction, there were mistakes everywhere and trying to get the freelancer to ammend the problems proved beyond frustrating and my instructions were not followed. I paid the Freelancer.com, they market their business where you are protected and do not have to pay for a job if you are not satisfied. I complained to the support team, I was given different advice by the two consultants. Not only is something I have not paid for not been done, i have to wait for the dispute process and I am having to block the freelancer from sending me nasty emails, I do not recommend this company and wish I never used this site! A complete and utter NIGHTMARE!</p>
