Cant use my OWN payment on the site after verification

Absolutely horrific experience using the platform. I am using my OWN card that has been VERIFIED by me recently, yet they limited my account. I sent through all documents to verify once again yet they take 120hours to respond with a bunch of nonsense, I cannot pay my freelancers and in turn work is not being done, can anyone here just assist me and stop making ridiculous excuses??
