Worst business cards and poor communication

on 19 feb 2016 I contacted Freelance media to make business cards, they promised me great service and the \rolls royce of business cards\" this was a far cry from what i experienced, after a few times of mailing each other i approved a \"proof\" and they proceeded with the printing, shortly after i was contacted by the designer who said that because there was a shadow behind the contact info text the writing looked blur, I then instructed them to remove the shadow. when i collected my cards, i was shocked to see just how poor the quality of the printing was it wasn't just the text like i was told but the logo was just as bad, Dominique then became defensive and agressive,i was shocked because this was not the service i was promised nor was this the cards that i was promised, so after some time i was asked to pay again for the cards to be re-done, i had to pay 50% for them to redo the cards, this time the cards weren't cut correctly, when i sent images to the Dominique over whatsapp and asking him how we are to fix this, he didn't respond and deleted me."
