Never in life work for this company

Good afternoon. I have worked for the above business for less than one month, and because i did not work one Friday night and Saturday during the day i was informed that i am fired. I did not work because i needed to clean our flat in which we live in the backyard of other people because our monthly inspection was due on Saturday 3 August 2024. The admin team does not do their job. I was supposed to be paid last Saturday the 27th of July, but the admin is not fired of their mistake, but I am now fired just because i did not work one night and one day. According to the law i am supposed to get 3 written warnings which i did not received. Hereby i report them as ****mers. I just hope i can get a month salary
