Hope your battery never has a problem!

I bought HV batteries from Freedon Won in October of 2022. The batteries were working perfectly until January of 2024 when the one battery started shutting down before 20%. A call was logged with them and a firmware upgrade was done which did not resolve the issue. Techs were sent out to site to fix the problem and the batteries were even worse after they left. This was the 16th of February. Since then excuse after excuse was given as to why the batteries are not balancing and as from the middle of March we have been completely ignored by them. No phone call, email or whatsapp is being answered. They are all to happy to take your money until they need to step up to the plate when you have an issue that needs to be resolved.
