Great Service

I had a problem with a FW battery. I suspected that one of the cells was faulty. I have read about problems with FW batteries and the lack of support. But I received excellent service. The technician arranged a time for him to check the battery remotely. After connecting to the battery, he immediately saw a problem with one of the cells. We took the battery to FW, and they repaired it without any questions.
