Disgusting service!!!

My battery has been faulty for almost 2 months and Freedom Won has been giving me the run around during the whole time. A technician has checked the battery remotely and it was suggested that the batter be replaced. Now Freedom Won is instructing that I return the battery and will have to wait 7 - 31 days for a new battery to be issued to me. In the meantime I am to be a victim of loadshedding. Absolutely ********** service!!!!!
