Pathetic service and undelivered goods

an order was placed by my mother in March for 2 travel bags. It is almost end June and we have not received them. We have used their Contact email to contact them regarding the matter. We have not received feedback within the last month of contacting them, this website is a total sham... All previous excuses are that they do not know where the products are to they are with the Courier company...

But then again silence until we try to contact them again.
