Bad service received from freedom and refund request

I am having a problem with freedom supermarket in Alexandra..on the 30th of October 2022 around half9 I bought a 5L bottle of Vinegar however I paid for it and I forgot it on the store and I went to the store on the 3rd of November at 8am to collect it..they refused to give it to me even though they can see it on their footage..Laurence did not want to give to me and he didn’t want me to speak to his Boss.
